In our work, we always strive to capture those distinct moments that contain the essence of the story, its soul – whether in film or photography. It could be a movement, a view, a detail, an expression, or all of them together. Composition, framing, and the use of light and shadow become the tools for me to create a coherent style, specific to each project, and thereby transmit the atmosphere, the story, the characters for years to come. Whether it’s a week or even decades later when you are looking at your film, the same nervousness, joy, and happiness will come through.
